Caring for your piece
- Take it off for swimming, the gym, cleaning and sleeping.
- Put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Keep each piece in its own pouch so pieces do not scratch each other.
- Clean silver with a soft polishing cloth. Clean gold with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush.
- Silver darkens over time. That is normal and polishes off easily.
- Gold plating wears with time, faster on rings than on earrings. [Re-plating offer, if any.]
Our promise
Under EU law every piece must be as described and last as long as you can reasonably expect, for at least two years. On top of that, we [polish and check your piece for free once a year].
Not covered
Normal wear, scratches, knocks, bent rings, stones lost from impact, and damage from chemicals or repairs by someone else.
