What are your pieces made of?
The collection is made in sterling silver, and some pieces also come gold plated. One of one pieces can be made in gold [karats] or silver, with stones chosen together with you.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Almost. Every piece is finished by hand, so small differences in texture and shape are part of it. That is what makes it yours.
Will silver tarnish?
Silver darkens slowly over time. A polishing cloth brings it back in a minute, and some people prefer the darker look. See the Care guide.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our Size guide. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. Not sure at all? Write to us and we will help.
Can I resize my ring later?
Usually yes. [Resizing offer: once free within 30 days, or a fixed fee.] Write to us first.
How does a commission work?
You tell us what it is for, we talk it through, you get sketches and a quote, and once you are happy we start making. It takes about [X to Y] weeks.
What does a one of one cost?
Engagement rings start from [€ X], wedding bands from [€ X], milestone pieces from [€ X]. The final price depends on the metal and stones.
Can I bring my own stone?
Yes. We check it before we start and design the setting around it.
I don’t live in Amsterdam. Can I still commission a piece?
Of course. Most of it works by video call and email, and we ship worldwide, fully insured.
Do you make matching pieces for a group?
Yes: matching rings or earrings for a bachelorette, a stag do, a baby shower or any celebration. Each piece is [€ X], and we need all sizes before we start.
How long does shipping take?
Ready to ship pieces leave the studio within [X] working days. In the Netherlands you choose PostNL, DHL or DPD; delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. See Shipping and returns for other countries.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, worldwide and insured. Outside the EU you may pay import duties when the parcel arrives.
Can I return my piece?
Ready to ship pieces within 14 days. Pieces made for you can’t be returned unless something is wrong with them.
Is it a gift?
Choose Wrap as a gift for €5 and we add a handwritten note if you like, or add a wooden ring box for €15. We never put prices in the parcel.
