What you can return

• Ready to ship, in its original condition: yes, within 14 days
• Made to order in a size or metal you chose: no, unless faulty
• One of one and commissions: no, unless faulty
• Engraved or personalised pieces: no, unless faulty

How to return

1. Email hello@orilla.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number. No reason needed.
2. Send the piece back within 14 days of that email, unworn and well protected, with a tracked and insured service.
3. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your email, to the payment method you used, including the standard shipping you paid. We may wait until the piece is back with us.

If the piece comes back worn or damaged, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.

Wrong size?

Write to us first. We can usually resize a ring [once, free within 30 days / for € X], which is often quicker than a return.

Withdrawal form

The law asks us to offer this. Copy it into an email if you like, or just write in your own words.
