- Lay it flat on a ruler and measure straight across the inside, from inner edge to inner edge, in millimetres.

Two easy ways. Measuring a ring that already fits is the most accurate. No ring at hand? Measure your finger instead.
Measure your finger
- Cut a thin strip of paper, or use string that doesn't stretch, about 10 cm long.
- Wrap it around the base of your finger, snug but not tight, and mark where the end overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure from the end to your mark in millimetres.
- Enter the number under "Finger, around" in .
For the best fit
- Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are warm.
- Check the ring slides over your knuckle. If it is much wider, choose a size between the two.
- Wide bands sit tighter. For a band wider than 6 mm, consider a quarter to half a size up, or ask us.
- Measure two or three times and use the larger number.
