When it leaves the studio
Ready to ship pieces go out within [X] working days. Made to order and one of one pieces ship as soon as they are finished, and we send you the tracking link the same day.
Packaging and gifts
Every piece arrives in Orilla packaging. Choose Wrap as a gift for €5 (with a handwritten note if you like), or a wooden ring box for €15. We never put prices in the parcel.
Duties and taxes outside the EU
Orders to countries outside the EU may be charged import duties and local taxes when they arrive. These are set by your country and paid to the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
Tell us within [7] days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out with the carrier, then replace or refund the piece.
Wrong address
Please double check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we can send it again for the cost of the new shipping.
