Who we share it with

We only share data with services that help us run the shop, and only what they need:

• Payments: Mollie (Netherlands)
• Shipping: PostNL, DHL or DPD, to deliver your parcel
• Newsletter: MailerLite
• Website hosting and visit statistics: Cloudflare
• Admin and files: Notion and Google Workspace, where we keep orders and commission notes

Some of these companies are based outside the EU. Where that happens, they are covered by the EU’s approved safeguards, such as the EU US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If you buy through Etsy, Closet or RUPT, their own privacy policies apply to that purchase.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click at the bottom of every email. Write to hello@orilla.store and we will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in your own country.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, payments are handled by Mollie, and access to customer data is limited to [you and Kuba].
